Mash Notes
This is a garbage-collection beer. I'm using the "Rostov" the roasted barley, the "Rostov" the DME, the "Rostov" the crystal malt, etc.

Fermentation Notes
Pitched on top of slurry of Wise Ass Red Bitter. Zero lag time. No off flavors detected from this practice.

Tasting Notes
Color still a bit light for a porter, but the balance seems good. First quart very yeasty. cleared right up. Does this count as keg-conditioned? ;-)

Problem Notes
Chill haze, again. Damn.
