This house may well have the best floorplan (about 1300 sq. ft.) I've seen in a Cape Cod. The stairs go right up from the front door, so the upstairs bedrooms are separate and entire, rather than the U-shaped room you see in some where the stairwell rises smack in the middle of the room.
Being a Cape Cod, it is compact and efficient to heat. Extra insulation was added to the attic spaces sometime in the eighties.
